How DO I BOOK MY TRIP WITH YOU?

- Itinerary Proposal:

- You can discuss and fine-tune the itinerary with the travel agent, making any necessary adjustments to meet your expectations.
- Booking:
- Once you approve the itinerary, the travel agent will handle all the booking details. This includes accommodations, tours, transfers, and any other services you may need.
- Travel agents can also assist with securing necessary travel documents, such as travel insurance.
- Payment:

WhAt do you charge?
Our basic services are complimentary when you book a vacation package. Most suppliers factor in the TA commission to their price regardless of if you us a TA or not. It’s very possible you’ll save money by using a TA as we price monitor for release of discounts. When discounts are released we modify our current clients trips prior taking on any new clients. But, we will inform you about any applicable fees upfront, ensuring transparency in our transactions.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes, we offer travel insurance options to provide you with coverage for unexpected events during your trip. You can inquire about insurance options while booking your trip with your travel advisor.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards. If you choose to use a debit card, you may need to call your bank to increase the limit prior to payment.
What happens IF something goes wrong? DOes having a travel agent mean I can’t get things Handled right away?
Actually quite the opposite. If something goes wrong, you have an advocate in your corner to help get things remedied out as quickly as possible. are there payment plans?
Yes! Most of the suppliers offer flexible payment options. An upfront deposit is typically required and the remainder will be due anywhere between 30-75 days prior to arrival. You will be able to make payments until that final payment date.

Our team of agents are proactively searching for special rates so that they can pass those onto our clients even after travel is booked (if the reservation qualifies).
