3. Customized Trip Options Sent to Your Inbox
   Your advisor will research the best options and email you a personalized quote—complete with pricing, tips, and recommendations tailored to your travel needs.
4. Pick Your Favorite and Pay Your Deposit
   Once you’ve picked your favorite option, your advisor will walk you through the next steps to secure your reservation and pay your deposit.
5. We Take It From There
   We’ll handle the details—bookings, reminders, special requests, and travel tips. You’ll get helpful updates along the way and know exactly what to do and when to do it.
6. Get Ready to Travel
   As your trip approaches, we’ll provide everything you need: travel documents, itinerary, packing lists, and support—right up until you return home.

Our basic services are complimentary when you book a vacation package. Most suppliers factor in the TA commission to their price regardless of if you us a TA or not. It’s very possible you’ll save money by using a TA as we price monitor for release of discounts. When discounts are released we modify our current clients trips prior taking on any new clients. But, we will inform you about any applicable fees upfront, ensuring transparency in our transactions.

Yes, we offer travel insurance options to provide you with coverage for unexpected events during your trip. You can inquire about insurance options while booking your trip with your travel advisor.

We accept all major credit/debit cards. If you choose to use a debit card, you may need to call your bank to increase the limit prior to payment.

Actually quite the opposite. If something goes wrong, you have an advocate in your corner to help get things remedied out as quickly as possible. Most of the time, we can see potential pitfalls before you are aware of them. It’s not uncommon for a travel professional to have already worked out a solution before you know that a problem exists.

Yes! Most of the suppliers offer flexible payment options. An upfront deposit is typically required and the remainder will be due anywhere between 30-75 days prior to arrival. You will be able to make payments until that final payment date.

Saving our clients money is one of our favorite aspects of helping you plan your vacation. Special offers and promotions vary by destination, resort and time of year. Our team of agents are proactively searching for special rates so that they can pass those onto our clients even after travel is booked (if the reservation qualifies).
